General Terms
• Commission for personal use only.• Commissioned pieces are not allowed to be used in any AI & blockchain-related technology.• Payment via Paypal (USD) or request via Vgen (vgen.co/khianavy)• Prices listed do not include payment processing fees.• Commissions are non-refundable, unless I decide to cancel it myself.• I can decline any commission request I find uncomfortable.
Dos and Don'ts
I do: OC, fanart, any ship/pairing, character clothing design
I don't do: mecha, heavy anthro/furry, muscles, facial hair, heavy NSFW
Extra Fees
• Commercial use: 200% total price• Revision fee: +$5 per revision after the first 3 revisions included in the process.• Rush fee: If you need the commission to be finished on a tight deadline (less than 2 weeks), please include it in your email so we can discuss it further.
Work Process
• Request slot via email ([email protected]) or Vgen (vgen.co/khianavy).
Your email should include:
◦ Commissioner name
◦ Email (for communication)
◦ Paypal email
◦ Social media (optional, if you would rather communicate or tagged there)
◦ Commission type & canvas orientation
◦ Commission detail (mood, personality, pose, etc). A brief character introduction is very much appreciated!
◦ Visual reference (design, pose, etc)
◦ Deadline if any
I will reply within 2x24 hours at most!• We will discuss the commission and you will be sent an invoice upfront. At least 50% down payment is required.•Rough sketch will be given after payment. Your input for major revision will be expected before we can proceed.• Complete full payment• WIP update will be given (1-2x). Small revisions possible during those times.• Commissions should be finished in 2-4 weeks. You will be notified if it will take longer than the approximate time.• Finished commission will be sent to your email to preserve quality (A4 size, 300 dpi).

Character Spread
> Experimental menu! Ever want to see all of your characters drawn and posed like a game cover art in one single sitting? This is the menu if you have a lot of OCs! Detailed character designs (eg. Genshin) will be simplified.
